Tracey, there will be a third book, at which point it will become a proper trilogy. I've been working on another book in the meantime, but to be honest, Jason was more fun to write and I look forward to getting back to his messed-up family again. In the meantime, please help spread the word. I had more fun writing the JVO books than anything else I've written, but to this point they haven't found as large an audience as I had hoped they would.

I find the harder I try to think of a way to resolve a chapter (or start one), the more blocked I get. I do some of my most productive thinking while doing mundane tasks like washing the dishes or mowing the lawn. My mind is churning away subconsciously on whatever scene or character I'm struggling with, and if I just let it work without stressing over the details they seem to work themselves out and come to me.
