This week I’m working with my specialist IFS editor on my forthcoming book. We are bringing the powerful principles and practices of IFS to a general audience (rather than the therapy professionals I have written for previously). The book focuses on bringing curiosity to your inner world enabling you to embrace more of yourself and live with greater authenticity, self-acceptance, freedom and reduced reactivity.
