Not very well! I get very cranky when I'm suffering from writer's block. I'm at my best when the words are flowing. I'm on goodreads right now because I'm struggling a bit with my current story. One thing that sometimes works is to switch stories and work on a new project until inspiration resurfaces.

I got the idea (for the book I'm currently working on) from a TV segment about a young woman with serious heart problems. Having a potentially deadly health condition changes your perspective on life (I know from experience), and I wanted to write from that point-of-view. However, like my other books, I'm incorporating a paranormal element. ;-)
