Can you tell us a two-sentence horror story?
Lucian Barnes Feeling light-headed, Ashley complied with her abductor's instructions, sliding the blood-slicked piece of meat into her mouth. After a moment, an excruciating pain blossomed on her left thigh, then her captor rose from beneath the table and tossed the sinewy portion of her leg onto the plate before her, indicating that she should eat it next.

Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?
Lucian Barnes Although technically not a "couple", I think I have to go with Annie Wilkes and Paul Sheldon from Stephen King's Misery. Paul's relationship with the delusional, obsessed #1 fan is one of the most haunting I've ever read and sticks with me to this day. Is this because, as an author, I can relate to their dynamic on some level? Perhaps. I've had my share of readers claiming to be my #1 fan. Even though I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any of them in person, I would be foolish to believe their obsession could never reach such a height. Only time will tell.
