When I have writer's block, it's usually an indication that I don't know enough about my story and characters yet. So I go back to basics. That includes writing for 15 minutes every morning before breakfast about anything that comes to mind. Whatever comes about anything or anyone in the book, I just write it down. And doing that consistently usually opens up the spigot for the magic stuff to come.
