Dale Furse Hi, Jackie. Thanks for noticing. #AwesomeGang is a great promotion site!
Dale Furse Hi, Kindle Ninja

Thanks for asking. I do have more novels in the same genre or close to going, but I also have a Regency Romance started. I've started many romances, but I've never finished one. I love the characters in this one so, fingers crossed, I will finish this one.

What are your favourite genres?
Dale Furse Well, it’s fun. I can’t think of another job that I could have where I’d willing work seven days a week without much pay. Like I said, it’s fun.

It’s fun to explore new lands, new planets, different dimensions and or time, and meet whatever species dwells there, be they sentient or not.

Of course, sometimes it’s scary, but feeling scared when you know you’re perfectly safe is also fun.
Dale Furse Hmm, I guess I’d tell them to write, read, write, read and write some more. A writer needs to read anything and everything, always thinking about what they enjoyed or didn’t enjoy about a story. Then they need to think about the reason they liked or disliked the story or just a scene.

Writing courses are great motivators and I would encourage anyone to complete a course if the tutor is qualified. Why not learn from people who know more than I do.

But, there’s no other way to improve, but by practise. It’s the same with anything a person wants to learn, be it music, swimming, or whatever, if you practise every day you will improve. It’s that simple really.
Dale Furse Well, my most recent release is the second book in the Wexkia trilogy.

However, the story of Nell, child of Wexkia, came from one of my childhood fantasies. I loved to dream that I was indeed an alien brought up by human parents. Some of the parts of my daydreams never made it into the books.

Why?

Being a child who only had lollies/candy a few times a year, I wanted to jump into a pool of Smarties, have chocolate bar trees and all sorts of sweet things surrounding me and at my fingertips. In my head, I could even multiply one jelly babe into hundreds with a blink of my eyes.

Maybe Nell could do that one day and you never know, she might. Lucky her.
Dale Furse Haha, it doesn’t take much to inspire me to write.

What I have to do is stop making stories up at anything that happens around me aloud. Somebody might mention something in a conversation, and I say, ‘What if bla bla bla?’ And I go on to form some outlandish story plot.

The people I’m with, usually roll their eyes, and say, ‘Oh, Dale.’ My comeback, ‘You started it.’

But seriously, I use some quiet time before I start my day’s writing to think about where I’m up to in a story. I soon have my brain humming and start writing.
