Golden Angel Hi! I'm so sorry that I am so very delayed on answering this here... Bound to the Past went through numerous postponements, including the original narrator having to drop out in the middle of recording due to life issues, but it is now in the process of being recorded again! I'm hoping for release by early 2021.
Golden Angel Hello!
I am so behind on Masters of Marquis lol. It started off because having a baby slowed me down much more than I anticipated, and then I was going to have the first book out earlier this year but the hero works in a hospital and the pandemic blew up while I was writing and I just could not face the hospital setting. I hit a wall made up of writer's block. *sigh*

I'm still hoping to be able to able to work on the first book this year, but so far the characters have not been at all cooperative =/ Since I have yet to win a fight with a character, I have to wait till they're ready to work with me again.
Golden Angel I did not know they were mixed up on here =/ Hebe: Little Amaya is the old title for Amaya's Old Fashioned Daddy.

Although, to be perfectly honest, even though my Dark Angel penname came before the other's, they're more popular so it's not exactly hurting me if my books have been mixed up in theirs... lol. This is why I'm thinking about changing my penname though if I can figure out how to.
Golden Angel I got the idea for Benedict's Commands (which will be out later this month) just from reading other books. I love Victorian and Regency era romances, and I love the Heroes and Heroines, but I started to feel very sorry for the well-born, amorous widows and bored married matrons. Especially the widows. I'd already written one book in this series - Philip's Rules - about a virtuous widow who'd never taken a lover after her husband died, this time I wanted to write about a widow who did take lovers. And I didn't want her new husband to be her first lover since her first husband.

Basically, I wanted to challenge myself by doing something a little different, and I feel like I succeeded here. Christina is the usual discreet widow, she's had a few lovers since the death of her husband, and now Benedict, her current lover, realizes that he's actually IN love and wants to marry her. Something which she's not prepared for, as it's certainly unusual in their Society and she'd never really thought of remarrying - certainly not for love. I'm really enjoying writing a Victorian romance with a couple who already has a history, a relationship set in place and which is now changing.
Golden Angel The feedback.

Honestly, the fact that anyone likes to read what I write is just thrilling to me. I love hearing from readers about what they like (and even what they didn't, although obviously that's not quite as much fun!). All of it helps me in the future. It's really wonderful because I don't think I'd be able to stop writing even if I wanted to, it's just something I do, a creative outlet I truly need, and so having people enjoy what I'm coming up with is both affirming and exciting.
Golden Angel I'm currently working on the next book in my Bridal Discipline series, Benedict's Commands. It's the fourth full length book in the series and is about Benedict, the brother of a Duke, and his lover, the widow Lady Christina Rowan, whom he's determined to marry. Unfortunately for him, Christina's first marriage held some hurtful secrets and she's quite resistant to both marriage and love. However, Benedict's never been the time to give up easily.
