Just finished Educated by Tara Westover. (I know, I know. I'm several months late on that one.) Also read The Art of Racing in the Rain (loved it!) and The Last Mrs. Parrish. Now I'm reading The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel.

The Missy DuBois Mystery series takes place in the beautiful Southern antebellum mansions that line the Great River Road in Louisiana. My last visit brought me to a particular mansion that filmmakers picked for an episode of "Ghost Hunters." They wanted to prove that soldiers' spirits still wander the banks of the Mississippi. The first story flowed from that.
