I think that there is no such thing as writers block! Writing a book excellently is hard work and often takes months and years, so any one who says that he or she has a writers block is simply avoiding work! Ask anyone who has 'Writers Block' if they have stopped watching soap operas on TV and you'll know why they have writers block!

For aspiring writers, all I can suggest is that write only in your free time and spend the rest of time honestly on your job or occupation. There is no hurry since we have a long way to extinction.
Never leave your job to write full time unless you have built your house, educated your children to stand on their own feet, and have a nest egg ensuring that neither you nor your spouse will starve to death during your lifetime!
Remember that nothing is certain in your life including certainty that your wonderful book will generate enough income for you!

I'm currently working on three books
- a 'Period Novel' about runaways in the city of Mumbai, India in 1971.
- The 4th Book of the "Tales of the Booga Dooga Land"
- The sequel to Skymerge
Hope to complete all three by 2015 end!

Writing is a passion that all authors share. Inspiration comes from within for me and since I have so many interests, I write across genres - so far Tales and Fables, Structured Poetry and Sci Fi. There is no particular thing that inspires me except my passion and knowing that at this stage of my life, I am settled enough to write my books with a free mind ,, so I jumped out of my Job as a Senior Bank officer and let my mind do the rest!

"SKYMERGE", a Sci Fi Epic about interplanetary travel, adventure is my latest book. I thought about it over 20 years ago when it became evident that with global warming being what it is,mankind is heading towards extinction here on Earth. Now, with the great advancement in technology, particle and astrophysics, it was time to write and publish the book. I think that it is plausible for man to travel to the stars and reach within his lifetime and the human genome will not vanish! So I finally wrote this 336 Page Novel of over a hundred thousand words. I am sure that it will be a movie one day, but I have no agent and not even a screenplay! Someday someone will notice this book and make it into the best Sci Fi Movie of interstellar travel ever .. and that is the dream I live with!
