If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Nicole Banks JR Ward's Blackdagger Brotherhood series.

I love that series and would want to hang out with all the brothers at the compound lol

What books are on your summer reading list this year?
Nicole Banks Not sure yet. I have a massive TBR list, think I need to power through some of those bad boys lol

Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?
Nicole Banks Ohh that's a tough one. I've read a lot of great books with great couples and characters. In the interest of answering this question, I'm going to stick with my fave author JR Ward. I'd have to say Vischious and Doc Jane from her black dagger series. Loved him solo and when Parker with the good Doc it was a match made in mutual respect. She wasn't a woe is me character which I loved. If you haven't read that series it's a must! (Especially if you're into paranormal)

As you make your way in the writing world, do you ever find yourself thinking: * It's tough out there for ___________ writers like me. * [insert: (female, older, "ethnic" , religious, weird, shy, cerebral, LGBT, bro's bro, non-American, etc... pick your label, genre, or brand of madness)] Does your mind ever go there? Or do you not accept the handicap? Both? Can you explain?
Nicole Banks I think it's hard out there period. If you're a writer this industry can be very unforgiving or very welcoming. But I don't let that thought hold me back. I let that fuel me. Nothing in life that's worth it is easy, I don't expect this to be easy either. People shouldn't think because this is your dream, or because you're great at it, that it should be easy. You want something you work hard for it. Period.

What are you currently working on?
Nicole Banks I'm working on Into Pieces the second installment in the Shattered Hearts Series and I will be working on an anthology with some amazing writers.

How do you get inspired to write?
Nicole Banks Music generally. Any song can inspire me to write a story

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Nicole Banks Read! Lol sometimes just sitting back and reading can release the block.
Also just getting out and walking around and doing something. Sometimes you're so concentrated/stressed about what to write you block the creativity. So you just have to step back and get some air.
