I walk away and do something else for a while. I take a break. Listen to music, or go for a walk. Maybe I'll play a video game just to change things up a bit and make my mind do something else for awhile. Then I come back fresh and try again.

Never give up. Look, I have Asperger's Syndrome and Multiple Sclerosis that took me out of the general working world. MS says that if you don't use it, you will lose it. It's important to dedicate yourself to your goals and keep your drive going. Take a break once in a while, but don't give up.

I have one book, Chaos Rising, that is in editing stage now and I'm writing Chessmen 2. Along with that is work on a card game and board game.

Music. I have a list of songs that I play when I want to get my brain moving in that special direction. It's not hard, my brain is always ready to get kick started.

My stories are based on a universe of characters that live in my head. Each of them have their own tales to tell so I'm working on them a bit at a time. Chessmen is about a royal guard framed for murder while trying to protect the infant princess. It's just their story and it's been in my head for a long time. GZ Tales allows me to break into more individual stories. To diverge where they all came from before that would be another series of books in itself.
