What a hard question! I think I'd have to answer with Jericho Barrons and McKayla Lane from Karen Marie Moning's Fever Series. I love the journey they each had to take, individually and together to get where they are now. I also really like how they are each so independent of each other but still NEED the other like oxygen. Plus, they have great chemistry together.

Good question! The release date is May 1, 2016! So, right around the corner. :) It's up for pre-order now, through Amazon and I'll be doing a giveaway through Goodreads soon, as well. So, keep your eyes peeled!

I listen to a podcast called, Writing Excuses (http://www.writingexcuses.com/) hosted by Dan Wells, Howard Tayler, Brandon Sanderson, & Mary Robinette Kowal. It's a great podcast that's only about 15 minutes long. At the end of the podcast, they always give a writing prompt. That writing prompt was something about barcodes (I can't remember it fully). It was also around election season, so the media was ripe with all of the hot topics at the time, health care, the potential loss of the middle class, the evil corporate agendas, etc. It all just clicked.

Everything. I'll see something, hear a line from a movie or TV show, see someone walking down the street. Anything like that can inspire a storyline or character that I NEED to write about.

Write no matter what. It doesn't matter if people doubt you or don't like what you've written. You're not writing for them, you're writing for you. That being said, develop a thick skin. It may not matter if they don't like your work, but that doesn't mean that they don't have something beneficial to say about improving your work. Just don't take it personally. Look at it from a business standpoint, take away what you agree with and make your work better.
I remember the first piece of feedback I got from my very first book. It hurt so bad when I first read it, but it was so true! I think about it now and laugh. The reviewer said that the first scene of my book was like "sitting through the worst traffic imaginable". Meaning it was long, and boring, and weighted down with stuff that wasn't needed. It may have hurt my ego, but it improved my writing.

Creating. Telling a story that just needs to be told. Discovering the characters that are going through this adventure and bringing them to life. Bringing happiness to others, is also a fun part of it. Having people tell me how much they loved the story makes it all worth it.

Well, I'm a procrastinator, so I tend to just give in. :) But, when I'm trying my best to get over it, I'll do anything. I'll pull up an old project, start a new one, maybe brainstorm an outline of something, go back and read through what I've already written. Usually doing one of those things will motivate me to write again.

This is a hard question! I like so many out there. The Giver, Where the Red Fern Grows, Water for Elephants, The Book Thief, and The Gargoyle are my top favorites. I don't think I can narrow it down to just one.

I am currently working on a couple of different books. Obviously, the second book in The Corporation series. The other is one of my favorites about twins who discover the existence of Atlantis and their deep connection to the mythical island.
