Saffyre Most of my ideas come from a conglomeration of books and movies thrown into my brain, blended, scrambled and poured out onto paper (or the computer). There are bits and pieces of "real life" feelings and situations that have made their way into each of the books and that I think is a key to great writing, have that little bit of personal experience written in.
Saffyre Currently, trying to get back to writing! Kids and two jobs really limit my ability to write or edit.

I do have a book that is in editing called Finding Noah...a vampire, paranormal story with lots of other "creatures" and twists and turns and of course some hot, hot scenes!
Saffyre Keep going, keep trying. I have done so many re-edits that I forced myself to walk away from the project for a while so I could go back with "fresh eyes". Don't be afraid to let yourself loose.
Saffyre Although I am just beginning to publish and don't have the "rhythm" that I would like to have, just knowing that I created something that even if only a few people enjoy it, I will have done something to be proud of. It takes guts to hit that "submit" button and put your mind out there for the world to see.
Saffyre I usually have to just walk away for a bit and do something else (sleep, watch a movie, read the next book on my Kindle). Sometimes these thoughts just pop in my head out of nowhere and I have to write them down so I don't forget them!
Saffyre I don't really know how I began to write, I just did. It was an outlet for me as a child, a teen and now as an adult. There were many years I didn't write very much, but it was always niggling at me, so I started again only to write a +300 page book - not what I planned on, but here I am with 2 books published and two editing.
