What are you currently working on?
Jack Shaw I have recently published, The Caveman Guide for Training and Development, II. It is my second complilation of articles I wrote for the Free Management Library.I use "all of me" to discuss and comment on training and development trends, hopefully to some amusement. This version has my famous: What Happens When the World Stops Listening-a fable..

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Jack Shaw Keep doing it an take others advice. I have alsways beeen someone to try to do everything at once. Sometimes, things have to go to find time to write and market. Even though I write science fiction, I still try to make it a realistic extrapolation of my world. Perhaps, that's my probablem. My characters are too much like real people.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Jack Shaw I write generally about anything---or amuse myself on Facebook untill I feel the urge to start. Since I write theatrical reviews, I sometimes will look at my research again--even to go as far reading reviews from others to see if I'm on track or they are totally off. All about new ideas or makin old ones pop.
