Hi Cindy! I'm so glad you enjoyed my books! Yes, there are more stories to come in the series. Next is Ridley Malvern's story. It should release in mid-late summer. Here's a little peek :-)
A WILD HIGHLAND HEART
An enigmatic British noble and a rebellious Highland lass forced into a marriage of convenience discover a secret that at once binds them together yet threatens to destroy their lives.

Hi Cintia,
In the first part of your question you state nothing makes you happier than writing. In the last part you say you have nothing written at all, only a blank page???? So you are not writing. Something is not right here and I think you know what I mean.
The first rule of writing is to write.
Pick up a pen and paper and start writing anything that comes to mind...the color of the sky, how you are feeling...anything. The easiest writing to begin with is your own life because you know it, so go back as far as you can remember and start writing about your life, the people in it, how you perceived them, how you think they perceived you, and so on. Unless you were raised in a bare room with blank walls and no one around, believe me, you have good fodder.
If you are really serious about being a writer, you must learn the craft. There are many online craft courses you can take. You must read as much as you write - in the genre you are interested in and others.
Three books I would recommend are Stephen King's On Writing, Anne Lamott's Bird By Bird, and Debra Dixon's Goals Motivation and Conflict.

(view spoiler)[I won a copy of your book A Duke's Wicked Kiss on a giveaway on here and I have to say I absolutely loved it! It was a complete page turner!! I do have a question as to if you plan on turning it into a series? I'm interested in if Marguerite and Jeremy are going to have a book of their own as to if it will tell what has happened to them since Harry's death. (hide spoiler)]

Hi, Leah. I'm so glad you liked the story. Great question! Yes, I've always had plans for the series. I call it Her Majesty's Gentlemen Spies. The publisher listed it as a stand alone, but the front page clearly has the series title. I have three chapters completed on the next in line: Loving Lord Trent. His story begins in Hong Kong during the second opium wars. He's now the head of Her Majesty's Foreign Service since Ravenswood is retired. Marguerite will get a novella, which may finish before Trent's story. Edward will have his story as well. He's be third in the series (or 4th counting the novella).

When my husband died in a foreign country, I was stuck there while I went through the legalities of his death. I would walk the streets every day looking at the beautiful architecture of the old city and one day felt this rush to go home and write. I didn't know what I was going to write, I just placed my fingers on the keyboard and gave my imagination free rein. A Duke's Wicked Kiss required hours and hours of research, but the story itself was in my soul.

Even as a child, I was always thinking up stories. I used to lull my siblings to sleep at night with my tales. My mom was my inspiration for writing historical romance. She loved the subgenre and one day pushed a historical novel in front of me and said, "You should start writing these. I know you can."

I am working on the next book in the series after The Seduction of Sarah Marks. I am also working on a WWII story and the next book after A Duke's Wicked Kiss. I don't always work on the same book every day but I do write every day.

Learn the craft. Write every day. Keep a positive attitude, even on slow days. Boring advice, but it is the baseline for achieving your dreams.

Oh, this is easy! I do not plot my stories, I write by the seat of my pants. The best thing about being a writer is that I give my imagination free rein to create whatever it wants.

I walk away from writing and find fun things to do that stirs up my adrenaline, although I very seldom experience writer's block.
