It depends on the situation. Inspiration comes in many forms. Sometimes it's visual, sometimes it's a song or a dream. Sometimes it's just a random thought in the mind. If you look around you, keep your eyes and ears open there are always different things to inspire.

Don't give up. Write, hon your craft and learn from your mistakes. It's a constant series of growing pains. I don't think we ever completely stop learning when it involves writing. There are always new challenges, obstacles and observations. Use that as a learning tool. It's also part of what makes writing fun.
