My grandparents immigrated to the US from Romania. There were story's and rumors that there our ancestry was Rom, Gypsys. Later this was found to be true. This always fastenated me, as did horror movies featuring werewolves. I combined my passions into the Jook and Gypsies series.

But when I get stuck on a certian part of the story, it's just not flowing, I write about something else for a while. Eventually what I want to express comes to me.

Readers. Conecting with readers is by far the most wonderful thing about being a published author! There is an intimacy in the written word that penetrates the facade. You find sharing a passion with strangers on a level that you never have even with your closest friends. For myself it has been a life changing experience!

Don't get caught up in editing while you write. It can somethimes keep you from finnishing the book. Go with the flow, with the ideas that come into your head and just get it all down from cover to cover. There will be plenty of time for the extensive editing process after the story is finished.

Stories constantly play across my mind, just like watching movies. I simply send them in the direction I want them to go, and write them down as they unfold. They take on a life of their own and even surprise me with the developments sometimes.

I watched "Wolfman" with Lon Chaney when I was very young, and always wondered what the mysterious link between gypsies and werewolves was all about.
So I created a story that takes readers back to medievel times, and the origen of the werewolf. "Bloodline Gypsy" reveals the curse that forged werewolves into the world, and the gypsy bloodline that binds them to a lineage of humans into the 21st century, who share the same DNA.
