At the end of your book. Jinx at the Greenbrier, you asked for feedback. I have never seen an author do that before and it excites me to be able to share with you. My sister, Diane Chamberlain, is also an author, and I love the way she ends her books, always so satisfying. I think that's what I love the most about yours. You caught me totally by surprise and I felt it was so clever. I truly had forgotten how?

I'm curious....what inspired you to center your book around Pawley's Island and these particular women......Did you grow up or live there? Was it family/friends who inspired the characters?
Deanna Edens Hello JT,
My husband and I own a condo in Pawleys Island and visit every time we have a chance. I always set up my beach chair by the shell tree. Before Theresa passed away, I promised her I would write about one of our adventures. My friends did inspire this story and we have had some great times together. This story is dedicated to Theresa who I miss very much. If you ever get a chance to visit this area, you should! I love it.

You recently had several books accepting auditions on ACX. We recorded a couple of auditions today, only to find your books were taken down. have you already found narrators for these books?

I'm sorry I missed listening to your auditions. I did find narrators for these books. I was surprised how quickly people responded. I hope to add more books to ACX. Narrators are very talented people. It's not something I could do. Thank you for checking with me and again, I am sorry I was able to listen to your audition.

Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?
Deanna Edens I would have to choose Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice because they are witty, intelligent and charming–a love story for the ages.

I don't have a question?..but I would like to comment further. Thankyou for loving cats..giving to the Humane Society..and being able to write such a delicious book...I miss Nina..Pop..and Molly. Linda Crisp
Deanna Edens Thank you, Linda. I appreciate your kind words. I have always loved animals (especially cats) and have found a way I can help support the Humane Society and their good works.
