Hi Simon. I take it you mean Review Tales. Yes, I had a fruitful collaboration with them a couple of years ago. Jeyran had reviewed and promoted my book and the magazine itself was very decent. I haven't kept in touch since, so I don't know what the case is in today's AI overwhelmed world, but I trust they are still keeping things checked and honest.

Hello Lee,
Thank you for your question. I apologise for taking so long to answer, but I just hadn't noticed it was there - terribly sorry.
I find WWII to be a fascinating era, one with immense historical significance. It not only offers an intricate background for exploring people's struggles, sacrifices, resilience, and the complexities of human behaviour and relationships, but the consequences of the war are still being felt today after all these decades. On the other hand, as a Romance writer, I can't think of a better setting for my books than Paris. The city's unique architecture, history, and culture provide the ideal setting for a romantic adventure. Now, the two can be mixed to produce profound, tumultuous and colourful histories with a strong cinematic feel, bringing the past to life for readers while leaving them with a taste of fairytale.
I hope that answers your question. Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have and I'd love to know your thoughts about my books.
Cheers!

Write, write, write and write. Then be prepared to delete, revise, delete and revise as much as it takes to make you feel your story is dealt with throughout. And take your time! Unless you are the Mozart of writing (for one, I know I'm not!) a good story has to mature in you and you have to mature as a writer.

I put the writing aside and restart reading, watching movies relevant to my theme, listening to music, visiting places where my story is set. Separately or/and combined these will usually do the trick. If they don't, then I think that maybe I'm not yet ready for this story, so I start something new or resume an older project. When the time is right, it'll come to me! That's also a reason why my books take so long to complete. I never push myself into writing. Writing pushes itself into me.

Oh, well, I'd say it's the time when you are so into your story, the writing process goes smoothly, you still have to do some research, enough to renew your interest, you converse with your characters, you get into their skin. You are so absorbed that nothing beyond the story seems to matter. It's like living another life. This is my definition of absolute happiness.
