Hello,I share a monthly book club with like minded souls.
We are currently reading Katherine Mansfield's short stories. I must confess not all of these are to my taste.
A most enjoyable last read was A Place called Winter by Patrick Gale. This read was appreciated by us all. A powerful story not for the faint hearted. Bold, ruthless, sad and happy, describe but a small portion of this great story.
Earlier we attempted John Steinbeck's, The Grapes of Wrath.Worth ploughing through the 200,000 words.An amazing based on the truth book.
Tomorrow we get to know of our next read,which I shall happily share with you all.Enjoy all your reading and writing. Joy

I'm working on my 3rd novel which is to be a murder mystery. Very different from the 1st,two novels.My 2nd novel The' Liberty Bodice' will soon be released. It is a WW2 drama and an inspirational page turner. I do hope you enjoy it.
