Strawberry moon

I have an update on my new novel, yet to be published.
It has been proof read, edited, discussed and paid for and now I find I need to re-write a considerable amount.

The comments given have been most useful and the advice taken seriously.

I don't know right now when the work will be forthcoming, however I hope with all the wise input it will be a work of wonder.

Best wishes to all

Bleeds When Broken by Joy M. Lilley
"While Bleeds When Broken is a story of trauma, it is also a haunting love story. Fiona’s relationship with Joe is tender and transformative the first time she experiences genuine affection. But in 1950s England, interracial love is seen as a scandal." Read more of this review »

“We are intelligent and compassionate creatures and we can make choices. We can fortify our hearts in goodness and do the right things. Or we can turn our heads the other way and pretend again that bad things are not happening. That they will disappear because they have nothing to do with us, because we are not accountable. Well, this is also our choice. But in that case, I am afraid, this world will be lost for us.”
