As far as romance? Bella and Jacob from "Twilight. " I know, so over it. But they always come to mind when I think of romantic entanglements.

It's for those of us who prefer werewolves to vampires. The Team Jacob type. Those of us who prefer warm and furry over cold and clammy. No vamps invade this series. It's for serious lovers of werewolf lore.
I'm also working on an adult horror story entitled CLEANER MAN. A former student of mine wrote the poem for this book.

Scraping flesh and breaking faith
No way out that I can find
Locked inside with only terror
Encased in a web of fear
Always running but never free
Unable to break clear
So now I lay me down to sleep
No prayer, just one demand
Cleanse these evil spirits out

Start early. Never give up. Don't listen to your family or friends who tell you to go get a real job first. Don't depend on others for their approval, support, or encouragement because—truthfully—you probably won't get it. It all falls on you. So Cowboy up. No one can follow your dreams but you. No one can get it done but you. And truthfully, no one cares but you.
