Wow the similarities are Eire!!! My name is Theresa with (h) my sister is Lisa and my parents split up on my gosh like 1969 we went through a really hard time of some of the same. WOW! no question just, WOW!
Kay Corbett If you read the book, I'd appreciate your feedback. It looks like you are about the same age as these sisters. They wanted the book to help others who have had similar experiences.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Kay Corbett I was stepmother to two girls from 1972-1977, at which time I divorced their father. I have stayed close to Teresa and Lisa for over 40 years, and later their other two sisters, Tina and Cynthia came into my life. The book consists of my recorded telephone conversations in real-time with them from 1994-2002. Many of the social ills of our country are reflected in their lives. Their lively and impassioned conversations read like a novel but are absolutely true. Boxes of statistics inserted throughout the book support the many social issues. It was a story that needed to be told.
