Learn how to silence or at least ignore that "you suck" voice inside of your head. It's not easy! It's a constant battle but when you get that voice out of your head, good work gets done.
Also make writing a regular thing like eating a meal. It doesn't have to all go to the same project and maybe you write something that no one will ever see but write.

I run or do some other form of exercise. I'm not sure if it is the blood pumping or the change in scenery but it almost always works.
