The best thing about being a writer is having complete control over the world in which I'm working in. Whatever I want to do with my characters is completely up to me, and I enjoy when readers also get a kick out of the ride I take them on.

The most recent idea came from a disturbing dream I had. Dreams are interesting to me for a number of reasons. The biggest thing for me is that I don't often remember my dreams, but when I do they are usually full of fantastic images that can be turned into interesting stories. At least I hope so.

There are a couple of projects I'm working on right now, one being the sequel to my debut fantasy novel "Heart of the Dragon: The Warrior Prophecy." The other project that I'm particularly excited about is a collaboration I'm working on in the paranormal mystery/romance/horror genre.
