Stephen Paul was born in 1974 in Terre Haute, Indiana. He is a 1997 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Kinesiology/Sports Communication. An avid sports enthusiast, he has “done time” as host of a radio sports talk show and numerous play-by-play broadcasts for high school sports. His first love has always been writing. He began writing short stories at eight and four years later he was writing song lyrics thanks to the inspiration of 80’s hair metal. When he’s not working or writing, he can usually be found riding his bike, hiking, or hanging out with his two daughters. An avid sci-fi/fantasy reader, Stephen loves the idea of taking an imaginary journey full of action and adventure.
