What are you currently working on?
Kshitij Well, on line is my horror novella, which is to be published later this year. That would be first independent instalment of the horror series. And then I’ll be proofing my YA drama: a very romantic novel, the first draft of which is already finished. And there are few other plots (mostly drama) but as of now, they exist in my mind only.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Kshitij Ever since I’ve started writing, I’ve started noticing the minuscule things in my environment. Writing has immensely improved my observation. Wherever possible, I invest time in reading faces, interpreting people’s action, and experiencing my surrounding an that’s what I suggest my fellow authors. There’s lot to find around in the world... the more you experience, the better you write.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Kshitij Best thing about being a writer is the transition from the state of reality to an imaginary world that exists in our head. There are still conflicts and problems in this world but they are mostly beautiful and very much in our hands... pretty solvable, I mean. Secondly, the autonomy to create anyone... playing GOD, you know. To shape up your character- grow, learn and experience with them is pretty much fun.

What's the best way to learn to use Goodreads to promote my book????
Kshitij Goodreads is a community of readers. So, you've to be a reader first. Read books of your interest and be friends with authors that writes in your genre. Share your interests and join few suitable groups. Actively participate with readers but avoid direct marketing. Write reviews and join few review groups where you can get an honest idea of where your book stands. Here's one such group:

Besides, Goodreads offer various marketing tools(both paid and unpaid) like Giveaways, creating blogs etc.
