I have so many ideas in my head, that I don't really need inspiration. With the Texas Dream series, it is was more about the characters and revenge. I wanted to create a fast-moving short book of around 35,000 words that had twists and turns and soap opera-style cliffhangers, that make the reader want to see what happens next. The idea was to write it as if each book was like a TV episode.

My most recently published book series The Texas Dream idea, came from a mixture of TV Soap Operas and creating a twin story that joins the journey to Texas along with the family that are already there. It is a mystery/adventure with more twists and turns than a ballerina on stage. However, my latest book, entitled Ghost Town, which will be available in June/July is an idea I have had for some time. It is a Western adventure, mixed with an Agatha Christie-style murder whodunnit, plus a supernatural suggestion.
