How do you get inspired to write?

Gary Diamond I have so many ideas in my head, that I don't really need inspiration. With the Texas Dream series, it is was more about the characters and revenge. I wanted to create a fast-moving short book of around 35,000 words that had twists and turns and soap opera-style cliffhangers, that make the reader want to see what happens next. The idea was to write it as if each book was like a TV episode.
