Barbara - I haven't had the opportunity to read your biography on your father yet, so I have no questions or comments yet. I did however want to send a heartfelt thank you to him. Your father is a hero, tho I am sure you already know that. I look forward to reading his story, and passing it on to my children when they reach the age where it is appropriate. Does this count as a question?

Barbara Winton Jennifer, sorry for delay in replying, I've been away. Thank you for your comment and I hope, when you get round to reading the biography, that you feel it does him justice! I felt that though people know about the kindertransport, it was important to document his whole life and to explore his humanitarian motivations. It was an amazing experience for me to research his family history and early life and he commented that I knew more about his life now than he does!

Great to hear from you! I really hope you enjoy the book, do give me some feedback if you can. A Spanish version would be fantastic, as I often get emails about my father from people in South America, who have seen a film or read something about him, wanting to know more.
