I came on here to answer another reader question and saw yours - I'm so sorry I somehow didn't see it when you wrote it. I think this reply is a case of better late than never!! Thanks so much for taking the time to write to me. So, I chose my thesis topic after reading a lot of YA dystopian novels where the mother characters were missing or very limited in scope, and I wanted to explore the effect of this on both readers and the young heroines in the novels. Seven years later I finally completed my thesis. The Hush was my creative response, and there's also a theoretical response which I'm hoping to publish.
And yes, you're right, the voice actors are amazing in the audio version!

Hi Brooke, I hope so too! I wrote it with a sequel in mind, but my current writing contracts have drawn me back to contemporary psychological suspense for now. But I'm hoping the characters will get at least one more story... watch this space :)

Hi Jackie, well you made my day with your message! I'm so glad you love the books. I'm working on a new one at the moment, but it probably won't be out for another year... it's scheduled to be published with Simon & Schuster in Australia in 2019. Hi Chloe, I have no plans to do a sequel to Come Back to Me at the moment - I've written three other standalone books in a similar genre - Beneath the Shadows, Shallow Breath and All That is Lost Between Us - and I'm currently on the last pages of Book No. 5. I hope you enjoyed Come Back to Me, thanks for taking the time to query this. I'd love to do a series in future!
