I stop actively thinking about it. I let it sit in the back of my head while I do other things. I also like to read other books in the same genre. Then when the block comes down it's like a flood gate opened and words will come pouring out of my fingers.

Getting all the stories and characters out of my head. It is so rewarding to finally be able to see their real stories on the screen. And when other people enjoy it that makes it so much better.
The reviews are nice too.

Just write. Don't explain your ideas to you friends, just write. Don't make sure you have everything down pat before you get started, just write. Don't think about marketing, just write.
The only way to write a story is to actually write the story. If it's not good write it again. If it didn't go the way you wanted, write some more. Writing makes you a better writer. So just write.

I am currently writing a series of stories based on characters from my first series Mandy. I'll be writing about Stu for a while, then I hope to write Tom's story as well.

People tell me things. I don't know why. I could meet a person for the first time and end up hearing all about their fetishes, kinks, past pains, hopes for the future and things they regret doing. Each of them thinks they are alone with these things they see as problems. But they don't realize how often I have heard the same thing, "I'm the only one like this." You're not. And there is nothing wrong with you.
I like to write so that one story connects with another and another and another. Because that is how life is. We are all connected. So as I write one book other characters come into it and I want to write their stories as well.

The inspiration for Dangerous Angle started with a conversation with a friend of mine. He never has good luck with the ladies. He is an awesome, lovable, funny, brilliant man and women flock to him because of it. He has also gotten more than his fair share of stalkers and loons. One woman even offered to turn him into a vampire. I wanted him to have his happily ever after, so I wrote one for him. One where he doesn't end up as a vampire or stuck in a cabin in the woods with a woman obsessed with wolves.
