How do you get inspired to write?

Rebekah Jonesy People tell me things. I don't know why. I could meet a person for the first time and end up hearing all about their fetishes, kinks, past pains, hopes for the future and things they regret doing. Each of them thinks they are alone with these things they see as problems. But they don't realize how often I have heard the same thing, "I'm the only one like this." You're not. And there is nothing wrong with you.
I like to write so that one story connects with another and another and another. Because that is how life is. We are all connected. So as I write one book other characters come into it and I want to write their stories as well.
