HI Carol! I have not. I have been doing lots of research for the book as I write it. The settings are specific and I want to make sure to either visit the locations or study the homes, businesses, etc., so it is authentic to anyone who reads it and knows those areas. Also, my first novel was re-released - which required me to work with another editor for additional fine-tuning I took into consideration from book reviewers.

Hi Carol!! The new book is coming along quite nicely, however, not as quickly as I expected. Being a psych-thriller, I find the story line and character involvement shifting (In a GOOD way) as it unfolds. I do not want to rush things - especially with various settings that I am investigating along the way. I am hoping for it to be editor-ready by late summer.
Have a great summer too!

Yes I am! Although keeping up with the book events and book club requests for Leaving Montana, as well as writing my second novel, is taking up lots of my spare time - I am refining two of my children's books and hoping to find representation this summer.

Hi Andrea! Yes, I am. I am working on a psychological thriller/mystery - hoping to have ready for editing sometime early Spring. I will most definitely keep you posted and THANKS for asking!

Let's just say that MOST readers can relate to characters in literary fiction...The same can be said about the writers who penned them.

It happens all the time. Most of my children's books are inspired by the 2nd graders I teach or my own two sons, six and seven years old. As for Leaving Montana and the new book I am working on - real life.

My second novel. It is suspense/mystery. I am also fine-tuning several of my children's books so I can submit them for representation.

I play Boggle or Uno with my sons...it clears my mind and rids me of the frustration.
