Being the second part of a series, Assault on Ambrose Station continues on from the first book (Dreaming of Atmosphere). I wanted to broaden the scope of the story from events directly happening to the original crew and show the reader the true impact of events transpiring to the galaxy at large. I wanted the story to shift from being about a small number of people, to broaden and include a larger chunk of the universe I had created.
