I can't give you an exact date (see the answer to the second question), but Simon and Harriett's book, currently titled Too Many Matchmakers, will be out next year. It will be published as an e-book.

I'm currently writing (or, more accurately, rewriting) Simon, Lord Howe and Harriett Broughton's story. Originally, this book was titled The M.P.'s Daughter, but the focus has shifted, making Howe and his family the main story, so the working title has changed to Too Many Matchmakers.
I'm enjoying it, but I've moved four times and changed jobs twice since I started rewriting the book, and I haven't had as much time to write as I'd like.

I am inspired to write when when an intriguing character or scene pops into my head. The pop-into-my-head scene is invariably the inciting incident. Sometimes it takes a while for me to learn enough about the characters to begin writing the rest of the book.
I wrote the prologue for The Marriage Campaign shortly after I completed A Scandalous Journey. It took me more than a year to figure out the rest of the story, then about six month to write the book.
