(view spoiler)[Thanks for reading! I wrote it a few years ago and I've written a lot since then, so I might miss some of the smaller details, but the ending goes something like this. (spoilers for anyone who might be reading this and hasn't read the book yet) Riley is killed. Then as the cops surround the mansion, Keith makes his way up to the master bedroom where he finds Riley's father handcuffed to a bed with two of his victims in the room. Keith tortures him by boiling/burning his face, then sprays his wounded face with pepper spray. As Riley's father lays dying, the police enter the room and Keith surrenders. He's satisfied by his revenge, but he finds it's not as sweet as what he was hoping for. Hope this helps! (hide spoiler)]

Yes, I'll be releasing more paperbacks throughout the summer. I'm getting in contact with some of my other designers now. :) Thank you for your patience!

Although I generally stick to one genre (splatterpunk/extreme horror), I always like adding a little bit variety to my lineup. So, a few times a year, I take a step back and look at what I've released and what I want to release. Then I reorganize my schedule to keep things fresh. Real-life events (including my own emotions) sometimes influence my release schedule as well. If I feel depressed or angry, then I'll write something really dark. And, I think outlining my books has helped me stay focused on writing. I always feel like I have direction thanks to my outlines.
And, I have thought about writing a fantasy/horror story! I actually hope to explore more subgenres next year and I would love to do a Clive Barker-esque novel.
