Writer's block comes from not knowing the beginning, the middle, or the end of your story. When I write, each new chapter feeds off of the previous chapter. The action of the story comes from what had happened before. The story should write itself. You job is only to find the words. If you write 1000 words a day and feel that you can write more, then do it! If all you can write is 500 words, consider that day a success. On days you can't think of a thing to write, go back and read the chapters that you wrote for inspiration.

The best thing about being a writer is telling a story. Having readers feel that their money for the book was well spent and that their time was not wasted is the ultimate reward.

Write, even if you don't think it's good. You can work the kinks out late...get the story down. Writing is telling a story. See it in your head, then find the proper words. Rewrites, revisions and editing are all part of the process. But, above all, write.

I am currently working on the sequel to "The Wolf's Moon." A couple of short stories and some other ideas are also in the works.

Writing is my job, my passion and my desire to tell a story. The inspiration for my stories comes from life itself. I look around, see an interesting story in life and start writing.
