10,001 Press "soft"-released my debut novel yesterday!

Yesterday was a large day.Since I was a kid, I wanted to see my stories outside of me; preferably on the screen, on the stage and in the bookstore. The day before this day my leg began its second step toward that dream being realized. Many of you know that I've been a produced screenwriter for years now. But now? Well, I'm a half-step away from the bookstore with my debut novel.  I believe that's slated for November 30th?My debut novel,The Traders,is the first in a series of three books being published by boutique publisher10,001 Press. Here's my unusual novel which is being described as a mystic's love story that's one partEat, Pray, Loveby Elizabeth Gilbert, one partThe Alchemistby Paulo Coelho, and one part Life of Pi by Yann Martel.  I hope you'll give it a read and enjoy the digital version.

Moved to grateful tears… this movie.

I just watched the film I've been producing for the last several months.  It's a film by director, Joey Papa and myself. Joe is one talented director and it's been a privilege working with him on this project.  For those of you that don't know, about a year ago Joey lost his daughter.  She had medical complications and was a special medical needs child. He lived with her in her room for a year.  Atethere, slept there, worked there and intermittently would drive her to the hospital as an emergency would arise.  Wow.This film is already being described by one reviewer as "accidentally stumbling into the holy of holies" or the inner sanctuary of a temple.  Amazing.  This man, this story, this journey… I'm so grateful. You can see more atinthelandofcanaan.com.  So grateful...
