Through years in th…moreI got to the point where the pain of blocking the memories was so overwhelming that I had to go into therapy in order to function. Through years in therapy I began to relive the memories and to get to know my alters. As I got better I knew I had to do something to help other people. It was almost like a compulsion. I had to write. I was helped by setting the memories down on paper. Thank you for your question.(less)

That gives me a springboard for developing new ideas and helps to break the block.(less)
