Ich wurde 1983 im Taunus geboren und wuchs in Limburg an der Lahn auf. Bis zum Abitur verlief mein Leben zwar irgendwie schön und irgendwie aufregend, aber auch irgendwie völlig normal. Allerdings neigte ich schon als Kind dazu, Phantasie und Wirklichkeit miteinander zu verwechseln. Zum Beispiel habe ich ernsthaft versucht, der Kindlichen Kaiserin einen neuen Namen zu geben und bitterlich geweint, als nichts passierte. Meine Erklärung war nicht: »Na gut, ist ja nur ein Buch« sondern: »Oh nein, der falsche Name. Ich habe versagt!!!« Abgesehen von solch kleinen Absonderlichkeiten war ich aber ein recht normales Kind.
