Jim Miotke I was at a seminar learning about nutrition and the speaker at one point said, "People reaching for junk food are like... what are they called... not …moreI was at a seminar learning about nutrition and the speaker at one point said, "People reaching for junk food are like... what are they called... not vampires but..." and somebody in the audience said "zombies!" I wrote in my notebook "zombie motivation" and began to nurture the idea. I thought it could grow into a fun metaphor and provide readers with a light-hearted way to learn how to do what they know they should be doing.(less)
