Countdown sale for Cooper's Grove!
I'm so excited about the countdown sale for my new novel Cooper's Grove. It starts tomorrow, April 19, and will run thru next Friday, April 25 on Amazon.
Cooper's Grove is different from my previous novels. No blood and guts. No big, bad villains - well, there is a villain but not in the conventional sense.
I had always wanted to write a ghost story because I just love a good ghost story, and when a platform presented itself in the most unlikely place, I jumped on it.
The most unusual thing about writing it was the voice that wouldn't go away. It was the voice of my character Agnes MacPherson - "Miss Aggie." She was more than a character. She became a living, breathing entity who would not let go.
So far, I've got great reviews of my paranormal novel and I'm hoping that a lot more people will download the Kindle copy for just $1.99 and tell others about it.
You can check it out here: http://arkstories.com/justreleasedcoo...
Hope you do and if you do, I hope you enjoy it!

My Favorite Color Is October
I saw a meme on Facebook with that sentiment printed over a gorgeous picture of fall foliage and just had to make a blog post about it! Autumn has always been my favorite time of year and October my very favorite month. I always think of the poem "October's Bright Blue Weather" when that month is on the horizon. Can't remember any of it except the title, but to me, the title pretty much sums it up. Crisp, clear skies as a backdrop to blazing autumn finery. It just doesn't get any better!
Cooper's Grove
I would be remiss if I didn't mention that Halloween plays a part in my novel "Cooper's Grove" - because hey! It does! I got a real holiday motif going on in that story and let's face it, who doesn't like a good ghost story, particularly at this time of year? So if you haven't read it, check it out! And oh yeah, I'm going to do a promotion on it and if you want to be among the first to know, join my mailing list! You'll get first dibs! You can join here: http://arkstories.us8.list-manage.com...
