Brenda has always had a passion for education and from a young age she determined that she would become a teacher. Her enthusiasm carried her through to earn a Bachelor of Science degree plus a Higher Education diploma which qualified her to teach high school biology which she enjoyed for several years. She chose psychology as her second major subject and the knowledge she gained, together with her counselling experience and her own life circumstances, formed the foundation for the depth and intensity she brings to the thoughts and emotions of her characters and their relationships.
