Writer's fellowship in the UK

To introduce myself: I live in Australia but many of my novels are set in the UK (eg The Janna Chronicles and I, Morgana) so it's wonderful to have this opportunity to live in the UK for three months to research and write the sequel to I, Morgana. I'm posting regular updates on my website blog: www.felicitypulman.com.au/blog with photographs of places I've visited for research (and for pleasure!) so please call in there if you'd like to know more. I enjoy writing (and reading) historical fiction and also time-slip fantasy - and of course crime! My Janna Chronicles were influenced by the wonderful Brother Cadfael chronicles of Ellis Peters and are set in the same period (1140s.) And I, Morgana and its sequel spring from my enduring fascination with Arthurian legend that led, initially, to the Shalott trilogy (written for teenagers.) I'll write more about my other books in my next blog - but will share some favourite authors below: Kate Mosse, Sharon Kay Penman, Liane Moriarty, Maeve Binchy, Elizabeth George and, currently, Alison Weir (as I'm also writing about Eleanor of Aquitaine.) I've just discovered the novels of Kate Atkinson. I loved When Will There be Good News and I'm now reading Life After Life.
