New Release!

As promised, here's the next one, re-released just this week. This cover completely blew my socks off, by the way. Thank you, Kim Killion! Fabulous job!

http://www.amazon.com/Seeking-Miss-Scarlet-Natale-Stenzel-ebook/dp/B00UEUAJSY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1426359618&sr=8-2&keywords=natale+stenzel   Seeking Miss Scarlet by Natale StenzelValerie Longstreet – a good-hearted, entrepreneurial Miss Scarlet – runs a small inn featuring weekly mystery dinners with a humorous cast of employees and regulars. In between shows, she adores teasing her perpetually harassed neighbor, the mysterious Jack Harrison, a retired cop and struggling private investigator. Not only is the man ruggedly sexy, but she’s certain he could add professional cachet to her weekly whodunits, if only he would cooperate. He refuses on principle alone, until honor and a baffling attraction to a lighthearted vamp drag him into a real-life mystery.  Stenzel's SEEKING MISS SCARLET is a witty, wicked affair that's not for the timid -- twisted humor abounds."-- Romantic Times

Nope, no warning from the powers that be; just a nice gift of an announcement I found in my email box this morning. Nice, Huh? I loved this book, so I couldn't be more thrilled.
I hope today brings you pleasant surprises, too.

Published by Entangled PublishingOctober 2012
ISBN: 978-1-62266-990-5

The bride’s chasing her fairy tale. And he’s chasing the bride…
Not even the bride could deny a certain punch-line quality to her current situation: hard-nosed divorce attorney dumps her fiancé and her career to take a job selling wedding gowns.

Sydney Garfield has always approached relationships rationally—none of this emotional head-over-heels or opposites-attract business. Marrying Jack Kaiser is the smart thing to do—after all, he’ll be the “perfect” husband. But after a life-changing shake-up at work, Sydney abandons logic—and her fiancé—to chase the fairy tale.

Real-estate mogul Jack can’t believe the woman he’s head-over-heels for is ditching her hard-won success—and him—to work as a small-town shop clerk. That’s her idea of a fairy tale? Hoping she’s merely in need of time, Jack follows Sydney to Smizer Mill, where he invests in the quaint coffee shop next door. Now, he’s got a few new challenges: make a failing coffee shop a success and convince Sydney that theirs is a romance worthy of a true happily ever after.

Seasons and Spices . . .

Can you tell I'm enjoying a baking marathon this afternoon? I blame the candle in my office. How am I supposed to concentrate with the mouthwatering scents of (respectively) "warm cider * ginger pumpkin * apples & acorns" taunting me, tempting me, seducing me . . . ? So I bake. It beats chomping on candles, right?

While salivating, however, I promise I've been hard at work writing my next two funny paranormal romances. They're scheduled to come out back to back, probably in summer 2010, although details aren't firm yet. Look for Breena (from THE DRUID MADE ME DO IT and BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HEART PLACE) to star in the first of these two stories. Now there's a faery who knows how to stir up trouble -- and enjoy every minute of it. The girl just wants to have fun without starting wars, destroying the kingdom of Faery or getting married off to some strange, knuckle-dragging . . . ahem.

Oh, and in the second book, we get to meet Evie, your average, stable human trying to live an average, stable life. She just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and soon ends up in a worse place with no time -- but with a gorgeous charmer of teasing mystery who could easily coax her into enjoying every minute of it. This guy, literally the man of her dreams, will introduce her to a magical world she never knew existed. The only question is whether she'll survive the experience to return to her average, stable life -- if, indeed, she wishes to return at all.

I'm enjoying visiting both Evie's world and Breena's and can't wait to share them with you. More details later, I promise.

Now . . . will it be snickerdoodles, ginger snaps or peanut butter cookies next? Anyone? Anyone? Or maybe banana bread, apple crisp or pumpkin bars . . . feelin' a little sick now. In a good way, of course. Happy autumn!

Best,
Natale

Sales!!

[That was me, not burying the lead.:]

Yay! I'm so psyched! I sold the next two books in my Pandora series of funny paranormal romances! I don't have shelving dates yet, but the two books will be released back to back. Yes, this means I'm writing these babies simultaneously. And, sure, that mess you'll soon see on the floor will be evidence of my head exploding.

["What, that tiny little puddle?":]

[That was me, stealing somebody's joke. Hey, I have brothers. I know all the tricks.:]

Seriously, I'm thril
