Pablo Forcinito pertenece a la nueva camada de escritores argentinos que irrumpieron en el panorama literario de los últimos años. Pero este escritor apuesta fuerte y no se queda anclado en las tendencias.

En su más reciente novela decide construir una historia sobre la lucha entre el Bien y el Mal. Acaso la más antigua de las cuestiones humanas y literarias. Pero ya desde la elección del protagonista de La misa de los suicidas podemos ver que Forcinito se decanta hacia una originalidad propia. Y con la lectura de la novela podemos apreciar que en él se sintetiza la tradición y lo moderno. Lugones, Lovecraft y Stephen King conviven en su estilo y en su imaginación.
