Job Opening: Sales Rep Position
Cedar Fort, Inc., a publishing company in Springville, UT, is looking for experienced sales reps to join our team. We are looking for highly organized, efficient go-getters who will take initiative. We are also looking for reps with a positive attitude and upbeat personality to fit well within our organization.
Responsibilities will include maintaining good relations with current accounts, meeting sales goals, acquiring new accounts, opening new sales markets/avenues, and making sure orders get placed in the proper channels. This person must have good self-management skills and a positive and friendly attitude. This person must also have good communication and organization skills.
Qualifications: Must have sales experience. Book and gift product sales experience is a plus. Internships and other experience are highly preferred.
We are looking for a variety of sales reps ranging from full time starting at a $20,000 base plus commission to a larger commission-only arrangement. Work hours are from 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday but may vary depending on arrangement.

Job Opening: Shipping Clerk/Quality Control
Cedar Fort, Inc., a publishing company in Springville, UT, is looking for a qualified shipping clerk/quality control person to join our publishing team.
Candidates need to be able to work in a fast paced environment scanning orders and checking them for completeness and correctness. This position is also responsible for the safe packaging and correct shipping of shipments both small and large to locations all over the United States as well as internationally. Candidates are expected to be very comfortable with basic computer navigation since multiple software programs will be utilized on a daily basis to both scan and ship orders. A good, hard working, honest work ethic is a must. Applicants will need to have good time management skills and have the ability to adjust their speed of order processing to match the workload, which changes on a daily basis. Must be able to repeatedly move, package and lift 30-40 lb packages repeatedly for the allotted shift.
A Few duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Check products for defects and accuracy
Ensure posting of outbound deliveries using predesignated software
Handle packaging procedures to ensure safety of shipment
Pull, pack and ship finished goods
Process customers’ orders by ensuring that the right shipment is on its way
Report and replace any defective item prior to packing
Handle space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage areas
Ensure that the warehouse is cleaned and maintained at all times
Previous experience is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right person in the skills needed to excel in this position. This position requires someone who is very detail oriented and has the ability to stand for extended periods of time in one area.
This is a full time position from 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday with an hour lunch break. Health and dental benefits are available. This is an hourly position $7.50-$8.25 DOE.

Job Opening: Data Entry Clerk
Cedar Fort, Inc., a publishing company in Springville, UT, is looking for a detail oriented data entry clerk to join our publishing team.
Responsibilities will include entering all orders that come in via fax, email, or online. You will also be required to answer phones and help out in the front reception area when needed. You will be responsible for entering in and updating information on our titles for our national accounts. We are looking for someone that gets along well with others and can work as a team as well as individually.
Qualifications: Must have good written and verbal communication skills; must be organized and detail oriented and able to enter in data accurately and quickly; must have a good working knowledge of computers, Mac knowledge is a plus.
This is a full time position from 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Health and dental benefits available.
