Wild Magic by Alexandra Ivy
Wild Magic by Alexandra IvyMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
Wild Magic is the first book in Alexandra Ivy's newest paranormal romance. The characters are fresh and exciting. Peri and Valen are fascinating and a perfect fit. The storyline has lots of twists and turns and I can't wait to see where it leads next.

The Bright Spot by Jill Shalvis
The Bright Spot is truly delightful. I want to work at Apple Ridge Farm with this lovely cast of characters. Luna and Jameson are dysfunctional with a capital D but despite their challenges they are lovable with a capital L. When you read this book you will laugh, cry and maybe buy a baby goat!

The Fearless One by Lori Foster
The Fearless One is the second book in the Osborn Brothers series but you won't be lost if this is your starting point. Diah and Memphis are ying and yang, balancing each other as they navigate dark secrets, deep emotions and the building blocks of a life together. Tuff the adorable dog, Remmy the enforcer with a heart of gold and an endearing cast of characters from earlier books add richness to an intriguing story. A not to be missed book by Lori Foster.

Marshaling Her Heart
Mary Connealy's Wyoming Sunrise series is a perfect combination of Western Romance, Christian Fiction and Female Empowerment rolled up into one. I've loved all three books and although they can be read as standalones these sisters of the heart are amazing together. Becky and Nate were meant for each other. He admires her strength and perseverance and she experiences an unconditional love she's never had before. A not to be missed series and book!

Born to Be Badger
I can't get enough of this basketball playing, ass kicking, honey badger clan and apparently the ambush of football playing tigers can't either. Tock and Shay dance around each other as they battle the baddies but can't resist their obvious attraction. I love revisiting these hilarious and unique characters! Throw in lots of intrigue, Shay's endearing daughter Dani and a potential romance between the volatile Keane and the fabulous Nelle and you have me hooked for the next book too! Another hit from the fantastic Shelly Laurenston!

Wild As A Wolf
Wild As a Wolf by Paige TylerMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
The latest SWAT book from Paige Tyler doesn't disappoint. I've always liked Hale and his backstory is heart wrenching. Karissa is the perfect match for him and I hope she and her adorable brother will resurface in Carter and Mike's stories. The author's creativity with new super natural villains is crazy good and illustrates how invested she is in great storytelling. A fantastic standalone from an awesome series!

Warrior's Hope
Warrior's Hope by Rebecca ZanettiMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
This is my all time favorite Dark Protectors book. I'm going to try really hard to not reveal any spoilers but OMG this story was awesome! To say Rebecca Zanetti surprised me at every turn would be putting it mildly, she blew me away. The love triangle of Hope, Pax and Drake makes me want to reread Hope's parents' book, "Marked." Janie faced similar life altering decisions but the women in this series are strong and capable, the men just have to keep up.

Witches Get Stuff Done
Witches Get Stuff Done by Molly HarperMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
I loved this book! My husband and I recently visited Mackinac Island and I was able to visualize everything Molly Harper described. The cast of characters are so endearing and I can't wait for the, "Scooby Gang," to return for book two. I'm hoping the author's move to Michigan doesn't mean she will stop writing her Kentucky series because those books are awesome too!
