When Will They Forget Us?

The more I meditate and seek answers from within, the more at ease and centered I am, especially about my current circumstances. Every hardship I’ve experienced has taught me the importance of nurturing this body/mind/soul connection because there’s no greater feeling than being in alignment when struggling with real life problems! I must be relentless […]

Have You Found Your Tribe?

Hardships happen—that’s a guarantee. How we handle our circumstances varies. Some choose to be distracted while others want alone time. Before Buddy, my automatic response was to isolate and numb myself—anything to avoid my feelings. Thanks to my free spirited, loving Golden Retriever, those days are over and I’m not sleepwalking through life anymore. I […]

How Do you Clear Your Mechanism?

The sound of a packed filled stadium is powerful. Having fifty thousand spectators, shouting at you can be quite a distraction. Being an athlete and having to stay focused under those circumstances seems almost impossible. Coaches teach athletes how to shut it out, clear their mental baggage and get in a zone in order to […]

Strong Women Lift Each Other Up

Hardships happen—that’s a guarantee. How we handle our circumstances varies. Some choose to be distracted while others want alone time. Before Buddy, my automatic response was to isolate and numb myself—anything to avoid my feelings. Thanks to my free spirited, loving Golden Retriever, those days are over and I’m not sleepwalking through life anymore. I learned how important it is to be vulnerable, authentic and to love wholeheartedly with those around me, regardless of the outcome. I finally le...

Face Our Demons

I used to be a long distance runner but I’m not anymore. I ignored the signs and pushed my body for years. I had to face the facts—this type of exercise wasn’t good for my overall health, regardless of my love for the adrenaline rush. I learned the hard way what works, or in my case, what DOES NOT work for my body. I gave up the distance in order to treat my body with self-love and respect. An Hour Of Time

That’s a no-brainer. To sit on a bench with my father for an hour would be a dream come true!! An hour of being comforted by the touch of his hand. An hour to rest my head on his shoulder while I shed tears of love and loss, hardships and challenges. An hour to hear those Dad-isms that once made me crazy would now make me chuckle. An hour to banter with the k...

Lifelong Vitality Pack

There are an exorbitant amount of dietary supplements on the market and it’s in our best interest to stay informed in order to live a healthy lifestyle. While eating a whole foods diet is the best way to receive the recommended amounts of micronutrients, it’s not always guaranteed.
✨
Almost 13 years ago, I became nutrient deficient after a microscopic parasite wreaked havoc on my digestive tract and weakened my immune system. In order to heal my gut, rebuild my immunity and regain my health, I ha...
